  2. 0   Load Portfolio - Prompts for portfolio filename, loads file specified,
  3. 0     and then returns to main menu.  Use Esc to abort loading.

  5. 0   Transactions - Enters transaction module.  This is where you enter
  6. 0     data on "Buy", "Sell", "Dividend", etc., activity in your portfolio.

  8. 0   Valuations - Enters valuation module.  Use the "Add" command (Alt+A)
  9. 0     to generate a screen showing your current portfolio position.

  11. 0   Performance - Enters ROI computation module.  ROI "Start" and "End"

  14. 0   Reports - Report menu.  Most reports require a "Close Date" which is
  15. 0     an existing valuation date.  Default is most recent valuation date.

  17. 0   Accounts - Module for maintaining a list of portfolios you are man-
  18. 0     aging.  Use the "Alt+L" command to load a portfolio from this screen.

  26. 0  PFROI commands are generally indicated on the second line of operation
  27. 0  screens.  Executing these commands requires use of a single key, such as
  28. 0  "Esc" or "PgDn" or the use of a key combination such as holding down the
  29. 0  "Alt" key or "Ctrl" key while striking a second key.  These commands
  30. 0  function pretty much the same throughout the program:
  31. 0
  32. 0   Esc   - Returns to the previous screen or aborts an operation
  33. 0   Arws  - "Arrow" keys on number keypad move the cursor (blinking underline)
  34. 0   PgUp  - Pages upward (backward) a page of data at a time
  35. 0   PgDn  - Pages downward (forward) a page of data at a time
  36. 0   ^PgUp - ("Ctrl" + "PgUp") Moves to start of data
  37. 0   ^PgDn - Moves to end of data
  38. 0   Ins   - Inserts new record
  39. 0   Del   - Deletes current record
  40. 0   Home  - Moves cursor to beginning of field, initiates field edit
  41. 0   End   - Moves cursor to end of field, initiates field edit
  42. 0   ^Y    - ("Ctrl"+"Y") Clears field
  43. 0   Alt+H - ("Alt" +"H") Displays help screen
  44. 0   Alt+P - Prints out data, "LPT1" is the default output device

  46. 0  Other "Alt" commands are unique to each screen.  If cursor control keys
  47. 0  don't seem to work, check to see that "Num Lock" key is "Off".
